Terms of sale and license
These terms are between you and Christopher Mayberry, a sole proprietor in Texas, USA ("we", "us"), and cover buying and using CarouselMac. By buying or using CarouselMac you agree to them.
Your license
- When you buy CarouselMac, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on up to 5 Macs that you own or control.
- A license is for one person. A business can buy one license per person who uses it.
- You can move your license between Macs by choosing Deactivate This Mac in the app first.
- The license is a one-time purchase with no subscription. It includes free updates for as long as we offer them.
What you can't do
You may not share or resell your license key, get around the license check, or copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute CarouselMac, except where the law expressly allows it.
Payment and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where required. Payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the reseller of your purchase and handle taxes on our behalf.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying, with no questions asked. See our refund policy. A refunded license stops working.
Permissions and your Mac
CarouselMac needs macOS Accessibility permission to move and resize windows. It changes only where windows sit and their size. You can put every window back at any time by pressing the Arrange key again or quitting the app.
No warranty
CarouselMac is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't promise it will be error-free or work with every app, and, as far as the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of CarouselMac. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Ending the license
Your license ends if you break these terms, or if your payment is refunded or reversed. You can stop using CarouselMac at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't take away any consumer protections you have where you live.
